Do I just pour the curd over shortbread, as soon as it is strained, and then refrigerate for 30 minutes, or do I NOT pour, but refrigerate curd overnight and then spoon on the next day? I am not sure if the actual recipe was revised to prevent the curd from sticking.sharonJewelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18216261919252205051noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-251887376391647600.post-5637999714722906612012-07-22T23:34:09.846-07:002012-07-22T23:34:09.846-07:00ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Made my own puree, and this recipe was simply incredible! This is by far, one of the best lilikoi bar recipes I've made! Had no problem lifting it from the pan, after refrigerating it overnight.

Heavenly!

AlohaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-251887376391647600.post-38446383610779992042011-02-13T06:20:24.742-08:002011-02-13T06:20:24.742-08:00Wow, this is really perfect, I've had a packag...Wow, this is really perfect, I've had a package of frozen passion fruit puree that I bought on a whim in my freezer forever, now I know what to do with it!Sylvie @ Gourmande in the Kitchenhttp://gourmandeinthekitchen.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-251887376391647600.post-87905654592700217162011-02-13T03:27:14.260-08:002011-02-13T03:27:14.260-08:00I love that you said that about peeling oranges......I love that you said that about peeling oranges... While I was growing up in Brazil we had it on the side of the road, and now I can't find it anywhere here in in california. so sad.Damaris @Kitchen Cornershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12526087060203536108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-251887376391647600.post-36995938812389473562011-02-09T20:07:54.786-08:002011-02-09T20:07:54.786-08:00The way you've described it sounds incredible!...The way you've described it sounds incredible! I totally had the same experience except that I called like 3 stores to look for fresh passionfruit and then finally found the frozen at the big hispanic grocery store a mile from where I live. I used 1 pack in my passionfruit curd tarts, but the other was to go to passionfruit bars in the lemon style like these. These look AH-MAZING though, and I'll also do well to remember your advice about their delicacy as I would totally manhandle them 8).Xiaoluhttp://www.6bittersweets.com/noreply@blogger.com
